A serious collection usually lives in three places at once: a drawer of invoices, a folder of photographs, and the owner's memory. None of them survive a house move, an insurance claim, or the person who assembled it. Aurei replaces all three with one encrypted record — what you own, what it cost, what it is worth now, where it is, and the evidence that it is genuine.
Every piece starts private. Serial and reference numbers, invoices, certificates, service records, purchase price, outstanding finance, and the room or vault it sits in — held in one place and visible to nobody but you.
Documents, a proven chain of custody and independent authentication build a trust level on each item — then a passport link you can hand to a buyer, an insurer or an heir without revealing who owns it.
Show a piece to followers or to no one. Receive offers only if you invite them, transfer ownership with the record intact, and compare your portfolio against other collectors — anonymously, if you prefer.

Report a piece stolen and it is pulled from your totals, blocked from offers and transfers, and flagged across the network — with a check against external stolen-property registers where the category warrants one.
Follow pieces you do not own yet with a target price and get told when the market reaches it, and post what you are hunting for so the right seller can find you.
Not a ladder to climb in order — each rung is earned independently, and an item simply carries the highest one it holds. What it measures is evidence, never opinion.

An inventory of valuables, their serial numbers, what they are worth and where they are kept is precisely the list a thief would want. That shaped the product before it shaped the policy.
Neither. It is a record-keeping and discovery tool. Values shown are estimates from market data or figures you enter yourself — useful, but not appraisals, insurance valuations or financial advice. When collectors deal with each other, Aurei records and facilitates; it is never the buyer, the seller or the escrow agent.
By default, nobody. Each item has its own visibility, and your profile has its own. Purchase prices, finance, notes, documents and locations are never included in anything you share, whatever else you make public.
Free to start, with room for ten pieces and ninety days of analytics history. Paid tiers — Collector and Elite — unlock an unlimited vault, document uploads, offers and marketplace visibility, full valuation history and performance breakdowns, priority in the verification queue, and the global leaderboard. Cancel from the App Store or Google Play at any time; your records are never deleted for lapsing.
Independent authenticators, dealers, appraisers and category specialists — not us. You choose one and submit a single item; only that item's details, photographs and documents reach them. A verdict is evidence of their opinion, and Aurei does not warrant it.
Report it and the piece leaves your totals, is blocked from offers and transfers, and raises an alert so it cannot be quietly moved on the platform. For categories where it applies — art in particular — details can be checked against external stolen-property registers.
Yes. Export your data from Settings at any time, and delete your account outright from the same screen. Both are rights under the GDPR and both are buttons in the app, not an email you have to send.
