05Applicable law & supervision
Austrian law applies. Where a trade licence (Gewerbeberechtigung) is held, the relevant trade-law provisions are available through the Austrian trade-licence information system at gisa.gv.at, the competent supervisory authority is the district administrative authority (Magistratisches Bezirksamt) for the 3rd district of Vienna, in which the business is established, and chamber membership is with the Vienna Economic Chamber (Wirtschaftskammer Wien).

We aim to resolve any issue directly — please write to support@aurei.app. The European Commission provides an online dispute-resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
